My tip number 1 is getting regular energy work done either by yourself or energy healer. It is so important to stay balanced and clear or I would say “shiny”. :) It just feels so good to be clear and in high vibration. There are so many powerful healers out there that are doing an amazing job.
My tip number 2 is breathwork. Breathwork should be a regular practice in your everyday life to help you stay peaceful. I would like you to take a moment and take 3 deep and slow breaths. Slowly breath deeply in and out.
Now try this. Take a deep slow breath in and breath out with a sound “ahhhhhh”. It is a cleansing breath and you can make it a habit to take cleansing breaths whenever you are washing hands for example. Notice how different you feel afterwards.
My tip number 3 for staying peaceful is meditation. I’m sure you know what meditation is. In the last couple of years meditation has become a trendy thing and I’m so grateful for that! Meditation makes such a difference when done regularly.
